Confirmation of Numbers and Venue Hours

Final confirmation of numbers must be provided one week prior to the Wedding. This will be the number of guests charged for. Weddings may be held between 11.00 am and 11.00 pm over the course of 7 hours. Extra hours will be charged at $300.00 per hour and will be at the discretion of management.

Sale of Liquor

We are fully licensed and like to serve the wines that we produce in our Winery.  However, you may bring your own Champagne or sparkling wine for your Celebration.  A corkage charge will apply.  We also serve beer and soft drinks, but as we are a Winery we do not serve spirits or mixers. Our License requires that last drinks are served by 11.00 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and 10.30 pm Monday to Thursday.

Music

Due to our rural location we are unable to accommodate amplified live music or a DJ sound system being played in outside areas, only in the Restaurant or Cellar Room. Music must be off or turned down at 11pm.

Local Accommodation

Within the Clevedon area, and in close proximity to Vin Alto, there are several Lodges and bed and breakfast establishments to take care of your guests. We would be happy to make recommendations about these.

Flowers

We are happy to recommend our local florists or you may have your own preference for this service

Rehearsals and Payment terms

We welcome you to come with your Celebrant and or photographer for a Wedding rehearsal at a pre-arranged time. Within 7 days of placing the final booking and in order to confirm the booking the client will pay a deposit of $2,000.  Three months before the Wedding the client will pay 50% of the final invoice and two weeks prior to the Wedding the client will pay the remaining 50% of the reception costs. Settlement for beverages and sundries will be made immediately following the reception. Extra hours can be arranged at the discretion of management and will be charged at $300 per hour.

Reservations

If you would like to confirm a date we will send you a letter and contract and the booking will be complete when we receive back the signed contract and accompanying deposit.
